Breslin & Co was established in 1979.  The firm has developed into a multi-faceted agency offering property services across several areas of the professional property sphere, including selling and renting, both residential and commercial property, plus a range of property consulting services.

Founded by now-retired partner Patrick J Breslin, and based in Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock Village, since early 1980, the firm has evolved in the proceeding years to include several areas of practice. We have built-up a vast resource of professional experience in the specialist areas in which we practice. Breslin is a Member Firm of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI).

Paul Breslin joined the firm in 1996 after studying for a B.Sc. degree, followed by a Masters Degree in Property Investment at City University, London. Paul is an advocate of excellence in personal service and will be your point of contact from commencement. Paul is a member of both of SCSI and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (RICS Registered Valuer), the worldwide professional institution.
